We have a great part time role providing customer service and support for approximately 22 hours per week, to include weekdays and some Saturdays on a rota basis. We would really appreciate flexibility to help cover extra hours/holidays when needed. Exact hours and days will be discussed but shifts will be between 8.15am and 6.45pm Monday to Friday and 8.15am – 3.00pm Saturday. Pay will start at the national minimum and living wage rate (dependent on age).
Previous experience of providing great customer service is a must. You do not need to have worked previously in a veterinary practice, as full training will be given, we do however require someone who is confident dealing with people both face-to-face and on the telephone.
You must be able to communicate accurately and clearly, providing empathy during difficult times and remaining calm during busy times. You will need to be computer literate and competent using word, excel and email and happy to get involved in various aspects of reception, customer support and administration.
