Accessibility Notice

The Disability Discrimination Act 1996 requires that disabled people are treated no less favourably than able-bodied people.  At Castle Vets we are aware of the many forms of disability and being able to cope with them thoughtfully and sensitively, can make a visit to your vet much less of an ordeal for a disabled client.  

We have a wide ramp access to our building; the doorways are wide to enable wheelchair access, and our facilities are all on one level.  Disabled toilet facilities are also available, if you require assistance before your visit, please advise our reception team.
