Estimates

At Castle Vets, we always endeavour to make our pricing and costs as transparent for our clients as possible, to ensure that our veterinary treatment is affordable to all our clients.

If you wish for an estimate ahead of treatment, please do not hesitate to speak to our team, who will be more than happy to provide you with an estimate of upcoming treatments.

All estimations, written and verbal are valid for 30 days only.

However, medication prices can fluctuate throughout the month, based on increases from manufactures, which is unfortunately out of our control.

Our estimates may vary once treatment has commenced due to the individual circumstances of the pet/owner however we will keep you updated thoughout the treatment.

Please note that we do not give quotes for treatment costs. We obviously aim to keep our costs within the estimate range given to our clients, however on occasions the costs may exceed the estimate, but we aim to keep this within 10% of the original estimate, unless there has been a change to the level of your pets veterinary care during treatment, which will be discussed with our client before proceeding where possible. Please note that during an emergency situation, we may not be able to contact you ahead of treatment, but we will make contact as soon as we can in these circumstances.
